Classes you can picture before you arrive

Pick a level that matches today's experience—not only where you wish you were. If you are unsure, a short call or message works well.

About the schedule

Rakuyoga rotates schedules over time. Some beginner tracks run as short courses; other slots vary by teacher. Hours may change on holidays—please confirm before you visit.

Wear clothes you can move in and bring water. Arrive a few minutes early. Mats and props are available in the studio. Tell your teacher before class if anything hurts or worries you—we will suggest alternatives.
