These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern use of www.rakuyoga.online("the site") and set expectations for in-studio services where stated. The site is operated by Rakuyoga("we" or "the studio"). By using the site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Not medical advice

Site content and studio lessons are educational and related to general movement and wellbeing. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a healthcare professional for health concerns. Participation is at your own judgment and with a reasonable understanding of risk.

3. Eligibility and conduct

Provide accurate information when you inquire or book. In the studio, respect staff and other participants, arrive on time, keep phones on silent, and avoid behavior that harms safety or comfort. We may refuse service for threats or repeated rule violations.

4. Bookings, fees, and cancellations

Prices, passes, and cancellation windows are explained at purchase or booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged per studio rules. Classes may be canceled for weather, teacher illness, or force majeure—we will offer rescheduling or credit when possible.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Japanese law, Rakuyogaand its teachers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the site or participation in lessons. Total liability for direct damages arising from a specific paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Where liability cannot be excluded—for example death or bodily injury due to gross negligence—that exclusion does not apply.

6. Intellectual property

Text, photos, design, and layout on the site belong to Rakuyoga or are used lawfully. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute for commercial purposes without written permission. Stock photos may be under separate licenses.

7. Prohibited use of the site

• Attempting to breach security or probe vulnerabilities.
• Automated overload of the site or harvesting others' personal data.
• Implying a false relationship with Rakuyoga.
• Distributing malware or deceptive practices that violate advertising platform rules.

8. Third-party links and embeds

The site may include third-party links or embeds (such as maps). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

10. Changes
